About
Heinrich Müller led the Gestapo from 1939. Within the RSHA he headed Office IV, while Eichmann led section IV B 4 beneath him.
Müller helped direct political policing, deportation, and mass murder across German-held Europe. He disappeared in Berlin in May 1945, and his death or later whereabouts have never been established.
In this interview
Eichmann describes Müller as his permanent and immediate superior. He recalls frequent meetings, desk-officer conferences, travel orders, transport duties, and the flow of orders through Office IV.
The transcript spells the name both Mueller and Müller.
